Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using UNDERRATED, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What UNDERRATED is

UNDERRATED is an informational tool that helps veterans understand VA disability ratings, identify potentially unclaimed conditions, and prepare claims materials. We provide estimates based on the VA Schedule for Rating Disabilities (38 CFR Part 4) and publicly available compensation data.

What UNDERRATED is not

UNDERRATED is not a law firm, claims agent, or Veterans Service Organization. We do not file claims on your behalf, represent you before the VA, or provide legal advice. Actual ratings depend on C&P exam findings and VA adjudicator decisions. For complex situations, consult a VSO or accredited attorney.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service
Upload files that contain malware or are not VA rating decision documents

Accuracy and liability

While we strive for accuracy, rating calculations are estimates. Compensation rates are based on publicly published VA tables and may not reflect your exact situation (dependents, SMC, etc.). UNDERRATED is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from this service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
