When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. When you use our tools, we store the conditions, ratings, and profile information you enter so you can access them later.
If you upload a VA rating decision PDF, we process it to extract your conditions and ratings. The PDF is not stored after processing is complete.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your health or disability data for advertising.
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security enabled. Each user can only access their own records. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
We use browser local storage to remember your profile preferences (branch, MOS, service era) for convenience. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you sign out. We do not use tracking cookies.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also clear your saved conditions through the calculator.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the site.
